What started as a mission to provide compassion and practical support grew into a thriving organization that scaled 34% annually and employed nearly 150 people.

That entrepreneurial journey—building, scaling, and successfully exiting a service business—shaped my perspective and revealed how disciplined systems and small, consistent improvements can drive extraordinary results.
